How can we help?
We are a local group available for face-to-face or over the phone appointments offering help with any electricity billing and metering issues you may have. We have public drop-in clinics, held in Porthcressa Library, if you want to discuss any billing and metering concerns in a comfortable environment or you can email us to ask a question and we will get back to you in a timely manner.

Where We Are
Our clinics are held at the Porthcressa Public Library. We are next to the back of 'Dibble & Grub' and the Sibley's Fuel & Laundry Service building.
Off-island Clinics
If you are from Tresco, Bryher, St Martin's or St Agnes and you are in need of an appointment please get in touch.
We have not started visiting away from St Mary's yet but we are keen to know if support is needed where you are.
